On the Farm...

Things have been fairly routine since the last post - thankfully.  At the time of the last post, we had just finished Masters Week and were getting into a good routine again.  Sometimes "mundane" and "same" are not bad when it comes to your family!!  Not too much monogramming this week, so I was able to enjoy some good times with David and Wyatt!!  Wyatt is growing so fast these days.  It's neat to see how he is "getting" what I'm telling him.  When I tell him to get Mr. Rabbit, he knows who Mr. Rabbit is and will pick him up!!  It's SO neat!!

He got to enjoy a little Pops and Mimi (David's parents) time yesterday.  They live in Lincolnton and have a lot of land...with BIG land toys!!  Wyatt had a blast!!

Here he is on Pops' tractor!!

Just relaxing in the rocking chair!!  David said he spent so much time just relaxing!!  Do you notice the rock in his hand (in the right hand in the top pic and in his left hand in the bottom)?  He picked that up about 5 minutes after he got to Mimi and Pops' and carried it around ALL DAY!!!  Too funny!!

One of Wyatt's favorite things to do is to be outside running around!!  He looks so inquisitive in this picture.  Probably wondering what else he can get into!!

Wyatt is growing to be such a big boy!!  He's wearing size 4 diapers during the day still, but size 5 diapers at night.  We're still in our 5 1/2 x-wide stride rites, but I was able to get his chunky foot into a cute little pair of SeaSalt sandles - love them!!!  He goes to bed around 7 or 8pm and will get up anywhere from 6:30-7am.  He eats pretty much anything now, but he's a texture kid!  If he doesn't like the texture, he probably won't eat it!!  He's not suffering, though!!  I just LOVE those cheeks!  We'll go back for our checkup with Dr. Beall soon and then I'll be able to see concrete numbers.  Isn't that funny how we LOVE looking at the numbers when we're small, but later on in life - we're terrified of measurements!!!  We're all doing great here.  Enjoying the nice weather!!  Until then...
