For Whom the "Beall" Tolls

It's been a while since I've blogged. We've been pretty busy. Well...it was time to see our pediatrician again. We had an appointment with our sweet Dr. Beall on Friday - it was a 4 month well-baby check-up for Wyatt. Our baby is now 18 weeks!!! I can't believe it! He's changing so much and getting such a cute little personality. Well here are the stats:

Wyatt Michael Thorpe
Sex: Male
Weight: 16 lbs, 13 oz !!!!!!
Length: 26.5" !!!!!!!!!
Activities: Laughing, eating, sleeping, chewing my hands, discovering my feet

He is 93rd percentile in length and 85th percentile in weight! He's HUGE!!! We call him our little linebacker! He eats all the time and Dr. Beall said it was time for us to start cereal!!! Oh boy - semi-solid foods!! Here are some funny pictures from our first little try. We're still getting the hang of it. He also got 2 more shots and was a CHAMP!! He hardly even cried. "Bulldawgs don't cry" you know - that's what David likes to tell him!!

"If I don't open my mouth, then she can't put that stuff in!"

He thinks that maybe if he holds it in his mouth it will absorb better!!

Okay - maybe it's not TOO bad!

So, we're doing pretty well here. Continue to keep us in your prayers as we grow and grow. Also, continue to pray about The Little Azalea. It's coming along and we can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for this wonderful opportunity! Until next time...

  1. What a cutie pie! Oh my gosh, he is adorable! So fun to start "semi-solids" isn't it? I adore the faces they make when trying new things. It just gets better everyday, doesn't it?
